Position Details:

Type: Hourly

Hours: 8 hrs/day (schedule set by Director of Facilities)

Hourly Rate: $16.95/hour (2025-26 Contract)

Benefits: Health insurance valued up to $35,813 annually OR Health Insurance Buyout up to $13,760 annually
Location: TBD
What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment

Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions

Dependable, thorough, and gets along well with others

Good physical condition
