The District is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
🩺 1.0 FTE Registered Nurse (RN)
📍 Anticipated Assignment: Peru Intermediate (current)
Responsibilities may include:
✔️ Working with students with special needs
✔️ Overseeing school health policies and programs
✔️ Providing expertise and oversight for school health services and health education
✔️ Using clinical knowledge and judgment to provide care
✔️ Performing health screenings and coordinating referrals to healthcare providers
✔️ Serving as a liaison between school staff, families, community, and medical providers
✔️ Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
✔️ Assisting students and staff with basic hygiene, feeding, and toileting needs
✔️ Other duties as outlined in the contract
💰 Compensation: $53,501 – $101,677 (prorated, based on experience and qualifications)
