It is truly an honor to serve as Intermediate Principal and to continue my journey in a district that has meant so much to my family and I. After 20 years in education, I am excited for this new opportunity to work alongside our outstanding students, dedicated staff, and supportive families. As both a community member and the parent of two children in the Peru Central School, I know firsthand the pride we all have in our schools and the trust families place in us each day.

Whenever we’re faced with a decision, I believe we should first ask ourselves, “Is this what’s best for students?” That simple question serves as my compass and guides the work we do every day. Our district’s mission is to provide an engaging, challenging, and supportive learning environment, and I am committed to bringing that mission to life by fostering a school where every student feels safe and inspired to learn. Strong relationships, accountability, and high-quality instruction are essential to student success, and I believe that when students know they are valued and supported, they are capable of incredible things.

I also believe that great schools are built through strong partnerships. By working together—students, families, staff, and our community—we can create meaningful experiences that help every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I am committed to listening, learning, and leading with integrity as we continue to build on the traditions that make Peru Intermediate such a special place.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading a good book, tackling DIY home improvement projects, and building with LEGO. Our two dogs, Clark and Eddie, keep life interesting and always bring a smile to our home. I look forward to getting to know each of you and working together to make this a fantastic year at Peru Intermediate School.
