The 2025–2026 School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP) for Peru Middle School was collaboratively developed by our district planning team, in partnership with students, families, and staff. This living document outlines the school’s goals and key strategies for improvement in the upcoming year.

Key strategies in this year’s plan focus on:

• Enhancing student engagement through Project-Based and Interdisciplinary Learning

• Fostering a Culture of Connection and Belonging

• Strengthening literacy through evidence-based Tier 1 instruction

• Improving student attendance and family engagement through targeted non-instructional strategies

This plan is the result of careful analysis of student performance data, stakeholder surveys, and student voice interviews. It reflects our commitment to student growth, equity, and academic excellence.
